Need a Distraction? Watch Some Puppies!

If you are feeling anxious or stressed, here is 35 minutes of Doofie and Hansel (and Gus) to give yourself a mental break.

Building a Dog Gate

In this video, I build a dog gate/baby gate at the entrance to a hallway. This will help separate the dogs when needed, mostly during meals. It has a latch with a secret button that the dogs are unable to open. The style of the gate matches the large barn doors on my workshop.

Dog Run Sun Shade Sail = Happy Puppies

The sun was beating down on the dog run with no good shady spot for the dogs or humans. So I installed a sun shade sail over the brick portion to provide a shady canopy to better enjoy the space. It makes a huge difference!

DIY Dog Run for a new little doggo

I spent a bunch of my free time over the last few months converting the side yard from an ugly mess into a functional dog run. We just got a dog a few days days ago, so in this video I introduce "Doofie" and show off the current status of the dog run.

Building a Dog Run Fence for these Pups!

Introducing Hansel! The newest member of our family. We rescued him from El Paso, Texas and he is just as cute as can be! Doofie and Hansel get along great and play play play all day long! I built a real fence for the dog run with a gate so it's really easy to wrangle these two.

DIY Dog Fire Hydrant

I built a Fire Hydrant for my dogs to use for business time. It's made out of 4 inch abs pipe. It only took a few hours to assemble and paint. It adds some fun character to the dog run.

Stadium Seats for the Workshop Corgi

I've had these stadium seats for a while, and they've been sitting in storage for the last few years. I finally got around to building a proper stand for them in the workshop. These will make a great addition to the space!

my cat fell off his new cat tree

We got him a new cat tree and I put it together but he almost immediately fell off of it (cat fail). I had to make a modification so that wouldn't happen again.

DIY Cat Litter Cabinet

I made a permanent home for the cat litter in an unused cabinet. The litter box kept having to be moved around so this was a great solution to a little annoyance. Now our cat "Gus" has a dedicated place of business. Take a look at how I converted a lower cabinet into a cat litter closet.

Floating Cat Shelf Boxes

I built floating cat shelf boxes in my living room so my cat can perch up high and look out of the window. There are 3 boxes made out of birch and stained to match the other furniture in the living room. Follow along as I show the building process for this project!
